The first snow for the year fell today. I woke up finding the sky filled with little tiny butterflies slowly drifting towards the ground. I jumped and screamed for joy as I did my happy dance. The first thing on my mind was "This is awesome! I need tell jie!!'

Outside, we let it float on our hands and tried to jump and eat it with our mouths. But it didn't turn out as effective as we had pictured in our minds...

I love the feeling of it tickling my nose as it falls. >< (mind you i have an inherited nose that can hold a whole field of snow!! And if you think thats not entertaining enough, my brother can get in the guiness book for it!) ^^

 

Today was freezing cold, well below 0 degrees but the excitement of the first snow falling made me forget about the fact that my face was hating me for strolling around the mall. I walked by myself with a smile on my face, one may mistaken me for a crazy woman...but this did not really bother me at all.

Overall, today was a beautiful day! I recieved my first birthday present for the year from my parents, brother and Linda. Thankyou Thankyou and Thankyou I love you guys to bits! Not because I received anything from you guys, but because I can feel your love and hopes for me to be happy.

And so because of my dear family...I have the courage to be happy.

They say that people will receive and feel loved on the day that the first snow falls....I sure did.

 

 

If you look closely on my head, our clothes and on my nose... you'll be able to see the last of the tiny little snow flakes as the day clears!
